The company that houses the servers with your
sites has been going through changes. During this time there have been
some problems with mail. I have been assured that there will be
no mail lost. I am also in constant contact with the engineers
working to resolve any issues.
Mailserver
Settings for your mail server will have only minor changes.
POP3 mail server is mail.yourdomain.com
This means that if your website is www.jbconsult.com your mail
server will be mail.jbconsult..com.
SMTP mail server is smtpout.yourdomain.com
This means that if your website is www.jbconsult.com your mail
server will be smtpout.jbconsult.com.
Username
yourname@yourdomain.com
Ports
On the More Settings > Advanced:
POP3 port is 110
SMTP port is either 25, 80 or 587.
If you are still having issues, go to
Start > Run > CMD and type the following command:
IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS and press enter.
Call if you are still having issues.
